On behalf of Grand Paris Habitat, Apur has produced a portrait of Paris Terres d’Envol focusing on questions linked to housing. This territorial diagnosis is based on over 100 indicators and 40 maps. It is assembled under 6 main themes : a presentation of the territory and its regulatory framework, the socio-demographic and economic situation, characteristics of the housing stock, the real estate markets, the demand for social housing, construction dynamics and major projects.

At the end of each section, the essential information is highlighted so as to emphasise the present day housing challenges and those of the years to come.

Grand Paris Habitat, the Economic Interest Group (GIE) of the housing association CDC Habitat, bring together the Ile-de-France development, project owners and urban renewal teams of the leading housing landlord in France.
