The general progress report of PLUs in the 131 local authority communes in the Metropolis of Grand Paris -MGP- : a unique data base and tool supplying detailed information about communal land plots which enable them to be compared, the impact of projects to be assessed and collaboration to be coordinated in preparation for drawing up Inter-communal Local Urbanism Plans -PLUI-.
The general progress report of Local Urbanism Plans -PLU- for communes in the Metropolis of Grand Paris -MGP-, which has been carried out by Apur since 2013 by combining the data and the reciprocal knowledge of the Communal PLUs, makes it possible to identify incoherence and disparity, to define the harmonisation and simplification needed… It is a tool for nourishing debates on the Inter-communal Local Urbanism Plan -PLUI-, territorial diagnostics and then the Urban and sustainable Development Plans -PADD- in relation with the territory’s projects. It has also enabled the assessment of recent changes in urbanism documents resulting from the Grenelle II, ALUR, MAPTAM, NOTRe…laws.
This study deals with PLU zoning and the morphological rules (building height and footprint of construction). The general progress report of measures in favour of housing included in PLUs was published in December 2017. Soon to be published: the general progress report of land reserves included in PLUs and the general progress report of PLU initiatives in favour of conservation and the environment.
