Since 2013, Apur has been involved in checking and comparing the PLUs for Paris and all the communes situated in the Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and the Val-de-Marne.
80 commune PLUs have already been compared and all the PLUs for the 124 communes in the three departments will be available by the end of 2014.
This work presents, in cartographic form, a comparison of zoning, building height regulations and the building to plot ratio-COS - (the abolition of the COS being more recent than these regulatory documents).
Other comparisons are underway focusing on the boundaries of constructable land, parking, social housing stock and heritage protection.
