This session will be an opportunity for the various stakeholders to discuss their way of handling the new DPE:
- Coralie Fredon (DRIEAT) will recall the regulatory changes related to the new DPE;
- The Interprofessional Federation of Real Estate Diagnostics (FIDI) will present what the profession of diagnostician is and how the new regulations will impact the practices of the profession;
- ADEME will explain the construction of the database listing the DPEs, the processing carried out, as well as the uses made of it;
- APUR and INSEE will present their work on the analysis of DPEs in Paris and Ile-de-France.
