SIMI 2016: presentation of the interactive hotel map

Wednesday 30th November, Apur and Paris&Co will present the unprecedented tool to aid investors’ decision making: an interactive map indicating the future sites of hotels to be established in the Parisian metropolis.
The presentation will take place during the conference “New opportunities for establishing hotels in the Parisian metropolis” which begins at 11.30 a.m.

SIMI 2016:
Showcase of the business, real-estate market, the SIMI trade fair will be held from 30th November to 2nd December 2016 at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, Porte Maillot. 
Bringing together 20,000 professionals from the world of real estate and development, SIMI is an opportunity for visitors and exhibiters to meet and present their projects underway. There are numerous enriching events with this year’s program including two plenary sessions and around a hundred conferences. Startups are also featured with a focus on “Smart and New by SIMI”.  
As every year, lots of prizes will be awarded during the 3 days notably to reward the adaptation of tertiary sector buildings to the needs of their occupants, to environmental strategies, architectural quality and innovation in the field of services.
