Housing has become a central public policy issue around the world in several ways.
The confinement of the majority of the population has shown how essential it is to allow everyone to have decent housing with enough space and open to the outside.
The question of how to access housing is therefore crucial. The same is true of the question of their construction and their transformation even though the challenges of climate change advocate land sobriety.

The whole world is facing these major challenges. Many countries or international organizations have already set to work to meet them. The colloquium on October 20, organized by the Foundation for Continental Law, aims to highlight these international challenges with regard to access to housing and the adaptation of housing to societal and environmental issues.
